GoFied has the below Ad posting rules and regulations, which you should be followed at the time of posting:

• Counterfeit / Replica Products: Counterfeit or replica goods/ items are not allowed at GoFied. This is because they infringe the intellectual property rights of brand owners and can also harm buyers. Brand owners routinely request that we remove or block listings of counterfeit goods. However, please know that we do not have the means to determine if the products are original or fake and hence; we only act upon the reports with sufficient information & from the recognized brands whose rights we can verify. Hence; one aspect of our policy is to block listings that are obvious counterfeits or fake - for example, when sellers state this explicitly within the Ad.

At GoFied we’re always striving harder to implement ways to build an even safer and trusted GoFied community for all of our users and; hence, we keep on deploying efficient measures to put any deceptive or counterfeits listings off of our platform in line with GoFied policy and regulations.

GoFied consider this a win-win situation for both buyers & sellers.

• Duplicate Ad listings: Any ad posted more than once with same content or Title within the same city and category would be considered as a duplicate Ad.
• Spamming is Forbidden as posting similar Ads indiscriminately in Bulk isn't allowed.
• Inappropriate Content:

1. don't use Irrelevant/gibberish/vague Titles or Description
2. Special character(s) and Tags is banned.
3. Links to other Websites, Social Media and/or email addresses aren't allowed.
4. Only Verified telephone number are often mentioned. Non-registered numbers aren't allowed in title, description or in image.
5. Inappropriate Picture: don't include obscene, fake or human images. Kindly note, an account also can be blocked involving such activity.
   
   
   
6. Stock/Internet Images: Ads having fake, generic and competitor images aren't permitted. We advise you to post real images of the item purchasable or for sale.

Prohibited Items:

• Sexually oriented material: Ads concerning products intended to be used in sexual activity aren't permitted. Also, refrain from using a title with graphic adult language, no matter the item.
• Online Jobs: Such Ads should have a correct description with roles and tasks defined. Ads without proper Job summaries aren't allowed.
• Local posting: All offerings to be in Pakistan. An account should only correspond to at least one phone number. Multiple phone numbers are strictly prohibited. Competitor Ads aren't allowed.
• Misleading Item/Service: Misrepresentation of Ad offer/content isn't permitted.

• Multiple Products: Selling multiple items or service is not allowed in an Ad. Please post a new Ad for every item/service with proper Title, good Description, appropriate Price & clear Pictures.
• Individual Financing: Financing is not allowed unless represented by a Reputable / Registered Financial Institution or Organization.
• Change of Product: Changing Item or Service after posting an Ad is not allowed. Please post a new Ad but you can edit the typo errors and correct the grammar mistakes.
  
  
  
• Purchase Ads: Posting Ads for purchase purposes is not allowed.
• Seeking Ads: Seeking is allowed only in the Jobs category.
• Addition of new Product: After posting an Ad, it is not allowed to add new Item or Service. Kindly post a new Ad with proper Title, good Description, appropriate Price & clear pictures.
• Advance payment: GoFied strives very hard to maintain a safe and secure community. Any kind of advance payment is prohibited.
• Wildlife: GoFied allows only those Animals which are in accordance to the Provincial Wildlife Regulations.
• Relevant Category: Kindly post Ads in respective category of the item or service being sold.
• Multiple Accounts: GoFied doesn't allow multiple accounts to be created on one single phone number. you'll only create one account on one phone number. If you are trying to make a replacement account, it'll not get through and new account creation are going to be restricted.
• Ad duration: An Ad posted on GoFied stays active for 15 to 90 days according to its package plan, if it complies with our Terms of Use. User is not allowed to post the same ad upon deletion until 15 days after the date of posting.
• Free Ad Limit: You can post unlimited free ad. GoFied is committed to expand its User's experience and to further make our platform a healthier place for Buyer & Seller interaction.

Important: All items or Service being sold should be legal and allowed as per Government of Pakistan.

Which type of items are prohibited on GoFied?

As required by the Law and as per our policy, we do not allow items that are considered illegal for sale. The rules on illegal items are different for each category on GoFied, so please continue reading to understand what items are considered illegal for sale in each category.

• Booking Coupon/Receipt of advance booking
• Vehicle issued by Government under 'Apna Rozgar Scheme'
• Non-Transferable Vehicles (e.g. Jeeto Pakistan Jeeto or Similar Game Shows etc.)

• Business, Product, Direct Selling & Jobs of any of the Network Marketing Companies E.g. The ELI, The Oriflamme, MetLife Int Pakistan, Tiens etc.
• Glutathione -- is an important antioxidant in plants, animals, fungi, and some bacteria and archaea

• Foreign Jobs of any nature are not allowed. Excluding Work Permit which is a Visa type
• Ads contain the link Hijobs.tk which directs to a website claiming to pay for posting jobs on GoFied
• GSK Pharma and all GSK related jobs
• Required “Bold / open Minded females”, “Personal Secretary”
• Social Media marketing job

Animals:

• Sale of Endangered or Exotic Species is not allowed
• Animal adoption or animals for free is prohibited
• Wildlife Policy in Pakistan is Provincial based

Others:

• Sale of Firearms and accessories
• Contraceptives 
• Over the Counter medication & others
• Adult items of sensitive nature
• Cross Gender Massage services 
• Counterfeit / Replica products/ items are not permitted on GoFied. Few International Brands specifically, due to Copyright issues, do not allow sale of their branded products on GoFied. Some of which are listed below:
